COMPOSITION:Each DOLO NEUROBION CAPSULE contains: Diclofenac sodium (one lacquered tablet) 25 mg, thiamin mononitrate (vit B1) 50 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vit B6) 50 mg, cyanocobalamin (vit B12) 250 mcg, excipients, csp one capsule

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION: DOLO NEUROBION combines the analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties of diclofenac, a substance belonging to the group of NSAIDs, with the recognized neurotropic capacity of thiamine (vit.B1) and pyridoxine (vit. B6) to which is added the analgesic activity of cyanocobalamin (Vit.B12) which, at high doses, influences the synthesis of cellular nucleoproteins, particularly at the neuronal level.

DOSAGE

Adult dose: Adults can take one capsule of DOLO NEUROBION, 1 to 3 times daily. Dosage for children: Due to its high content of diclofenac is not indicated in children under 6 years.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: DOLO NEUROBION should not be used in cases of: Known hypersensitivity to any of the active components and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, alterations of hematopoiesis, esophagitis, gastritis, gastric and duodenal ulcer; during pregnancy and lactation, in children under 6 years of age; in liver or kidney failure and in elderly people. It should only be used after weighing the risk-benefit ratio in cases of inducible porphyrias. DOLO NEUROBION® is not indicated in vitamin-deficient diseases of the B complex.
